today when i try to open facebook in chrome (Version 83.0.4103.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)), it opens a blank page
same problem happens in new edge also

Did you clear your cache ? Also, check your brower settings to insure FB is not being blocked.
And possibly your AV.

Click the 3 dots in upper right corner, scroll down to Settings. Check Privacy Security and Site Permissions.
Just noticed you are in Pakistan. Possible block by the country ? Try a free VPN on Chrome from the link below. If it works, you may opt for a more secure VPN.

Those settings allow a VPN to be used after setup. Have you set up the Win10 VPN (link 1) ? Much more simple to use a temporary VPN from Chrome Store on Chrome to test denial of FB.
You may also want to contact your ISP.
Do you use any adblocker or such? Malware, social or even ad filters could block FB sometimes.
FB uses various IPs and they change to find the one with the best response time for you. Norton Firewall could block FB, even its parental controls. When FB gets blocked, try to disable Norton temporarily.
