    Download Problems after reinstalling Windows

    Hardware/Software:

FRITZ!WLAN USB Stick AC 860 (Latest driver)
    Windows 10 Pro 1909

    Problem:

So the problem im facing is that when i try to downloads something it randomly stops downloading (the problem didn't occurred with Steam for some odd reason).

I never had this problem before but after i reseted my PC (which i usually do every 3 months) i started to experience this problem.

    Solutions i tried:

All downloads fail regardless of browser!

    Downloads fail windows 10
I installed windows 10 about 4 days ago. See a lot of times when downloads fail and have to be restarted. This happens in firefox, and edge. This is not an internet issue, but possibly software issue.

    - Installing the newest Driver for my WiFi Stick

    - Installing the newest Windows Updates

    - Installing the newest drivers for my Hardware (CPU, GPU , etc.)

    - I also reinstalled Windows 10 5 times (3 times Windows 10 1909, 2 times Windows 10 2004)

    - Reseted my WiFi Router

    - Tried 3 different Browsers (Firefox, Edge, Chrome)

    - Deactivate Power Saving for my WiFi Stick

    - Checked for USB connectivity issues

    Images of Failed Downloads:

    Chrome - Google Drive: Sign-in
    Firefox - Google Drive: Sign-in
    Edge - Google Drive: Sign-in
(Edge and Chrome just get stuck instead of saying that the download failed)

At the end nothing worked i hope somebody can help me out i would really appreciate it.

NOTE: Uploading works fine and on my Phone everything works fine as well so its only a PC problem!

I assume then that this happens with ALL your browsers that you have installed [ Firefox, Edge, Chrome ]?
Have you tried momentarily disabling MalwareBytes and downloading?

    I hope this helps!

If it's a new installation by default it may be set to only install software from ms store check that isn't set

I did a clean install but it 100% isn't the problem since i have a usb stick with fresh drivers for everything and install windows10 without having internet on. Also i use the software ShutUpWin10 to deactivate most of the auto updates (never caused problems before so im sure that this is not causing the problem). Also i just ordered a pcie wifi card. (Asus PCE-AC88) If this works just fine im not gonna bother with a usb wifi stick anymore!
