Unable to block persistent spammer in GMail

Not sure how a persistent annoying spammer somehow keeps avoiding being treated as spam by GMail, any ideas or suggestions very welcome.

    Thanks....

Hello Arcadian, Is there an "Unsubscribe" link towards the bottom of the Email?

If there is an unsubscribe link, I would NOT use it. Things will just likely get worse.

I agree with Word Man because every link in that email will have been altered to suit the spammer.

Keep an eye on the sender email address because that might be changing each time.

Is the email always sent from the same location or have the same title?

If so you could set up a manual email rule to delete the mails as they arrive - I do similar things often when I want to read only some automatic mails from a sender

Good idea thanks. I've been using Pop Peeper for years which has been ultra reliable, so had started thinking of downloading the Pro Version....

You can just hover the mouse cursor over the email link and it should tell you on the bottom of the browser.

I have not used that filter, though I do use GMail. Ive not had a problem like yours.
