Chrome v81 Changes Address Bar Format

After updating to v81, the address bar now has black text on a white background (see below). How can I get white text on a black background back?

Any ideas? I can't be the only one to notice this.

I noticed it but, I just got an update and it changed back to the way I had it.

Which update? I'm on Chrome Version 81.0.4044.92 (Official Build) (64-bit) and have the white address bar on all PCs.

I discovered I can only get the desired black address bar by selecting the customisation option shown below. I was using the top right option but for some reason this now shows a white address bar.
