search bar not empty when i start on certain sites

I am using Windows 10 (18363.720) This is a small problem on some sites. For example if I go to ebay to buy something. the search box is already filled in with my user name whereas it used to be blank. Now to do a search I have to delete what is in the box before I type. Is there a way to make the search box blank again before I start? This happens on Netflix also. When I go to expand the search bar my email address is already in the search bar which I do not want.

Consider clearing browser search history.

Thanks I think that worked on netflix but not on ebay, but I think I fixed it by going to chrome password manager and deleting all my ebay references.
