firefox 74 not showing image file type while saving images

Okay I stand corrected. Changing the extension when saving images using Firefox doesn't actually change the image format.

Thanks for pointing that out.

The file converted using Diffractor is smaller than the original. (copy of cdog.php.png - 83kb down to 61kb when converted)

cdog.php.jpg shows up as PNG format in image viewer.
