Best browser for Win10 in terms of managing / copying bookmarks?

Hi. I truly miss IE especially when it comes to managing bookmarks. With IE you can easily view, identify and manage all your bookmarks in the User / Favorites folder. You can open these links or save them to a disk or flash drive.

Is there any supported browser that offers this kind of ease and flexibility today? Not interested in Cloud solutions or importing or exporting to another computer.

When the search engines algorithms hide the better part of the web and one is unable to create their own archive of links - then for sure we are all being manipulated.

You can import Bookmarks with Firefox. I am using Firefox 75 BETA 10 and it has that ability.
