    When did this start?

Can you associate any changes being made at this time?

Just for interest how fast is your internet to ISP?

How are you connected to router?

Do you have same issues connected to router on wire?

When is the last time you cleared browsing data?

When is the last time you cleaned up Windows files?

    What AV are you using?

Any additional firewalls, VPN's and or privacy tools in use?

Is reliability history reporting anything around the same time?

Is Task Manager showing excessive spikes in any category that coincide with these hits?

I would clear your browsing data, keep passwords if you save in Browser, and know your passwords for site where you use "Keep me signed in"

I would also clean up Windows files.

If you click start, type relaibility history the app should come to top of list. Click it. If shows "Health of your system. Red x are not good and should be investigated.

    Well that doesn't look good.

You have a number of Windows did not shutdown properly. What other problems are you having.

I would first approach the Windows errors to ensure they are causing an app issue. Then deal with app issues.

I think it is normal to see some red "X" although some likely strive for absolute zero,

Did you clean up browser data and windows files?

Okay so now you have to monitor issue and Reliability history.

Not sure if you are interested. You could look at UPS. Little more than replacement battery but easy to maintain. Fluky power is going to eventually cause you a real issue.

Do you Image your system. If not I would as this would allow for a speedy recovery should your machine become corrupt during an update when power fails.

Would be interested if the hardwire connection works better.
