The problem is the website. I've tried logging in from two different computers and neither attempt was successful.
I just get a "Something went wrong" message box.

However if I use the local version of the website I can create an account and sign in no problem:

@Callender I'm not sure what you meant in your third-previous message with your comment "no quotes" but I cannot find any relation with what you said in that message and what I typed. Anyway, my thinking is the same as your: the problem really seems to be on the website's server but I was hoping that some networking expert here on this forum would be able to somehow solve the problem although I'm not sure if this is possible for websites that I/you/we don't own. On my screen there is no "something went wrong" message. Will have to keep on waiting for their reply although they are not aware how much urgent the case is. It's good to know you can log in to the local version. However, sometimes process of finding local version of domain (url) may not be that easy.
@W10 Tweaker I have Java enabled but I also tried to do one time disabling change. While it was enabled (as always), I was seeing this same circle moving icon in exact area of Log In button. Yes Java is up to date and Javascript is enabled (allowed).
Don't worry about fixing your computer - it's the website. Maybe they use country specific restrictions to cut down on spam.
What country are you in? It would explain why login via VPN won't work. Maybe they use some sort of location detection along with matching ip's to country specific ip lists?
I don't use VPN. Logging in issue remains even on local domain. I had been able to log in around 5 days ago but since then I cannot.
What is the country are you in?
Which country is shown if you visit this link?
What Is My IP? - Shows your real public IP address - IPv4 - IPv6
England but UK domain doesn't work for logging in functionality
