    Still not my default browser and where is troubleshoot?

    Options...scroll down, it's at the bottom.

    I'm now on another computer BUT this is the bottom of my FF options.

    Joe, I apologize. My fault. I didn't mean the Firefox Options settings literally, I'm referring to the Options Menu button up to far right. The hamburger button.

    But you then clicked on Options. Scroll down there just a bit further and click Help.
