Actually, when using CCleaner, it asks to shut down Edge before cleaning, (however, it skips cleaning it anyway).

Rechecking the 'Task Manager', it seems that it is 'Not' running in the background; at least not that we can see?

CCleaner utility seems to think that it is running but refuses to clean it?
