When I try to access site https://inet.idbibank.co.in/,
I get msg as below.
As you can see , it shows date format as per US. But I have in my laptop Indian Time format. As per indian format what is shown is 2 Nov 2020. But in settings all are ok as seen in status bar below it is 11 feb 2020. I have regional setting manual and it is India. 2/11/20 is 2nd Nov 2020. But as per my setting it is 11/2/20 which is 11 feb 2020. What to do?
I would say that this is not an issue at your end, but rather at idbibank's end. It seems their 'security certificate' has expired, which is why your internet browser may think your computer clock is set wrong (this is not the case).
When I try to visit the website, I also receive the error which is why I think it is at their end.
I would probably wait until they have updated their security certificate. But if you need to access the site, I would see if you can contact the bank directly and ask them for advice (make sure you get their contact information from this secure page.)
Do this however with caution, as it could be an attempt for hijackers/attackers to gain access to your login information (why the security error is occurring). I'll do some more research on this...

That's weird, maybe it's an issue with using a certain browser?
I tried using Brave and IE and got one invalid and the other secure...

I would try, IE, Firefox(again) and Chrome to see if any of them give you a secure connection.
I would say, use the browser which gives you a secure connection. (The other browsers may update later on...)
I think problem is not with security certificate. Problem I feel is with date format storage by windows. Though my Indian format is 11th feb ie 11/2/2020 as per settings. Windows stores it as 2/11/2020 which is most probably interpreted as 2nd Nov 2020 and hence expiry.

But I get problem in spite of your pic showing still 364 days. My settings shows as follows.
But accurate time shows other way asbelow.
I tried firefox, chrome and edge. All give error.
I am at loss to know what to do?
Sorry I meant 'ie' as in Internet Explorer, just type 'ie' in the search box.
11/2/2020 and 2/11/2020 essentially mean the same thing, so it shouldn't affect the way the date is stored. I guess you could check this by manually changing the date to 2019 and 2021, see if it makes a difference.
Interestingly I have identified two different certificates though, each has been issued from a different certification authority.
Overall I suspect it could be because of the browsers cache of SSL certificates. I assume you use Firefox so try this:
- On the History menu, click Clear Recent History. The Clear All History dialog appears.
- In the Time range to clear list box, select Everything.
- Select the Active Logins check box.
- Click Clear Now.

Today morning I did win update and also did Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase and sfc /scannow. In the evening I could login in idbi. But now again same problem.

I'm not sure where to find the option for display exact TSL in Firefox, but you should be able to find some infomation if you click on the padlock/notsecure button (just left of the url)
In addition, This can give you the site infomation, and about its certificate validation and SSL/TSL settings. Just click on the IP address. SSL Server Test: inet.idbibank.co.in (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs)
I tested the site again today on Brave and it seems to have fixed itself. So you could also try waiting another day or two, as well as reinstalling Firefox (backup your settings if you need).
