    Email Signatures

    Hi,

I'm having problems with the quality of a jpeg/png image when creating an email signature in Windows Mail on a Windows laptop. It comes out blurred. I've resized to the recommended pixels and keeping it at 72dpi.

I work on a Apple Mac computer and when I create the email signature in Windows Mail (through parallels) it looks crisp. Whereas when I use the windows laptop using the same file it's quite blurred. Why is this happening and how can I get around the problem?

I need to send the image to a client for them to use the image in their email signature. They use Windows laptop and keep having the same problem with a blurry image.

    Thanks in advance.

Hi Oscer, thank you for the link. I've made changes in Photoshop to the dpi and made the image dimensions larger. I think this is working. Fingers crossed my client doesn't have problems their side.

    Thanks for the tips.
