    Best tool is unknown.

    Easy to use tool that performs the task on multiple browsers is Ccleaner.

    Glary utilities may perform similar cleaning and is an alternative.

    You carefully open oven door, wearing thermo gloves, remove cookies.
    Anyway, whichever utility you decide on, make sure you only click boxes that remove cookie files and/or cache files.

    You need a tool that allows you to keep selected cookies.

    For example, some cookies allow you to 'stay logged in' to (non-critical) sites such as tenforums.
    Others may be used by banks to set you device as 'trusted'. Clear that and you are prompted for addition security info (in the UK anyway). Stupid way to do it though!

    So think before clearing all. Not all cookies are necessarily bad for you or undesirable...

As long as IE11 is around I have access to internet options that I use. On Edge where is it located or is this feature changed to something else. Thanks
