Read carefully in the edge canary 120 news item.

When you press the translate button, NOTHING WORKS. It is just an empty placeholder button. So there is no point of trying to get that canary 120 edge installation file.

1) it's not launched yet
2) when it is launch in the future, it will only do Spanish and Korean.
