On your other device, you will receive a notification about the page or link that you shared with yourself, clicking the notification will open it in your default browser.

In case you're wondering, "Send tab to self" is the name that this feature has in Chrome:

Version 2.0 of the "Send tab to self" feature can now be enabled in Edge Canary.
Currently, when you send a page or link, this is the toast notification that appears on the other device:


And this is the new notification bubble on the toolbar (which could replace toast notifications in the future):

As you can see, after sending a page or link, the "Send to devices" icon will automatically appear in the Edge toolbar (on the other device), and once you open the page in a new tab or close the bubble, it will disappear.
