Hey Nick,

Luckily, the Shopping feature can be disabled in Microsoft Edge if wanted.

If for some reason you want the Vertical tabs pane to only show the icons and you also want the pane not to expand automatically, Edge now offers that option. Here's how you can enable it: Once the pane expands automatically, move the pointer to the border, click and hold on it, then press the Caps Lock key:


You can also resize the pane to its minimum width, but that width is not the same as when the pane is collapsed.

This option is available in the Beta, Dev and Canary versions.
