For me too. Version 87.0.643.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)
I use all sorts of experimental flags plus smoothscroll extension from chrome web store. It makes it quite smooth and tactile but sacrifices a bit of accuracy, noticeable as side scrolling on touchpad feels much slower compared to vertical scrolling on web pages.
This canary updated changed the behavior and it now feels like pages scroll way faster suddenly. Interesting part is that disabling that chrome extension makes it downright unsusable, very stuttery.
Some small changes that could come to the Global media controls:
The main change is in the artwork, this new layout is just being tested and could have more changes in the future.
It is not yet known when these changes will arrive to Edge or if Edge developers will decide to keep the current design ignoring the changes made by Google developers (I guess they can do that).
Any one else having issues printing a web page?
If I try and print a web page that's bigger than a single page then the scroll bar does not function
Also, if I try and select another printer then it hangs on 'Loading preview'
I believe this may have broke on .643 (I'm currently on 87.0.644.0)

Getting fed up with waiting for vertical tabs!
Can anyone recommend an extension in the meantime?
Keep getting tab crashes, see screenshot
Also browser is hanging too often
Version 87.0.644.0 is truly hosed up
Edge is getting fewer canary updates.
This could be because of many reasons.
