    It appears that the difference may be the extensions tailored for business instead of consumer.

    Is it OK to just download the latest version MSI package and install that over your current version?

    I did that yesterday, it is working fine but just check your preferences in Settings afterwards as it has more options and it changed some of my preferences, a couple on Privacy settings. Did reset all that as I like it.
