It appears that the difference may be the extensions tailored for business instead of consumer.

I spoke a while back to one of the main/head people on the dev team and she said they were working on it. I have not heard since though.

Is it OK to just download the latest version MSI package and install that over your current version?

I did that yesterday, it is working fine but just check your preferences in Settings afterwards as it has more options and it changed some of my preferences, a couple on Privacy settings. Did reset all that as I like it.
