Well MS sent me an email saying they fixed the white flashes for upcoming build. They did this once before and this update for Canary did not fix it. I will not hold my breath, but will keep hope. It is the only thing keeping me from making it my default browser.

I had typed Staring Edge, also when opening multiple links from a webpage then closing the tab in view, which brings into view a tab you had loaded in the background.
