As you can see, after sending a page or link, the "Send to devices" icon will automatically appear in the Edge toolbar (on the other device), and once you open the page in a new tab or close the bubble, it will disappear.

The change I mention in the comment above is now available by default in the Canary version, when you send a page from the phone to the PC, this is the notification that appears:


The notification no longer appears in the Action Center.
