Now I understand, you mean that the aesthetic change in the options to choose the default theme and the aesthetic change in the link to the add-ons page are new to you in this build. Both changes were already available for some time to other users.

By the way, I have read some articles where it is said that these themes are new, but they have been available since December. What Microsoft recently did was simply change the name "Accent color" to "Themes" and they also made some minor cosmetic changes (which I mention above), but nothing else, the rest is the same feature available since December in Canary (and now it is also available in the stable version).

The flag that allows you to hide the title bar when Vertical tabs are enabled is now also available in the Dev channel
