New flag in Edge Canary (v88.0.682.0):

A little late because I think all the insiders in Dev and Canary already have this feature and also the button can be easily hidden, but anyway, the flag is there for those who want to use it.

Well, I suppose it can be useful to enable/disable the Vertical Tabs feature now if wanted.
