    But not all insiders have this feature in Canary or Dev, it is still part of the "controlled rollouts", I still don't have it in Canary on one of my PCs.

    The article claims it's now live, so it may take a bit to roll out to everyone in the latest Dev and Canary.

    I don't think this new entry (added today in Canary) belongs to the tabstrip context menu:

    Microsoft again confuses the tabstrip with the toolbar.

    Yup, it's another controlled rollout, I have the new design of the favorites panel only in the Dev version.
