Quite often, Edge is very slow (4-5 sec) at closing (Version 85.0.564.63, 64-bit).
Is it a known issue? Something we could do?

It shows that it's up to date (after it searched for updates).
A few days now, 2020-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4574727) can't be installed, it keeps failing. I don't know if it's relevant.

Windows Update KB4574727 finally got installed but Edge still seems updated and still shuts down slowly.

The trackpad scrolling on my hp laptop is much better now. Vertical tabs look slightly better with shading and even before I updated I noticed that web capture is finally available on my machine as well. Overall things looking quite good. 🧙

You can now hide (or show) the vertical tabs button:
It's curious that this option is located within the customizations options of the toolbar, the vertical tabs button is located in the tabstrip...
The feature itself is still under "Controlled rollout" so the "vertical tabs" button may not appear in the tabstrip (even if you enable the toggle).Last edited by LEOPEVA64; 28 Sep 2020 at 15:24.
