How to solve the impossible Error Code 0x80070520 in Win 10

Is this possible? There must be something that will work. Do I have to reinstall win10?

What are you trying to do when you get this error?
What build is your Windows 10? (1909 or?)

I had one of those today. Could be temporary problem on MS servers. mine went away when tried again (click on that triangle in Mail app) after a couple of minutes

    Error code:080070520

This is the exact reply I get when I try to log in to my outlook.com account:
Something went wrong, we're sorry, but we weren't able to do that.
    Error code: 0x80070520
I know just about enough about computers to get into trouble. I have no idea what they meant by telling me that something went wrong. Error code: 0x80070520 covers a whole host of things that apparently nobody at MS understands. I guess I should just be glad that I got my Gmail account to work.
    Thanks all,
    Fred
