I would like to make IE11 border black

Is there a way to change the border color of IE 11 without affecting the color of other borders such as taskbar and Windows Explorer? Perhaps there is a scrpt or app that can do the job?

    Thanks in advance.

I see how to change the color settings for multiple other things in IE, but not the border color. There are other persons who have had the same question, but in each instance that I reviewed there was no resolution. So, unfortunately, from what I can see this may not be possible.

    Perhaps these might do...

    Winaero Tweaker

Downloads / Software / Winaero Tweaker

    Or

    SMACC

    S.M.A.C.C - Superfly's Mouse Assisted Color Chooser

    Worth a try...

Samuria, how can I use CSS to make IE's border black?

I get the sense that one would need a basic understanding of HTML coding.

Samuria, I greatly appreciate your time and patience.

I want to make the top border/frame (everything that is blue, minus the buttons.) of IE11 black : I would like to make IE11 border black-screenshot_1.png

I haven't the slightest idea of how to go about doing it via CSS.
