Please Dark theme users - make stuff readable

    Hi folks

Not sure why but there seems to be an obsession with dark themes lately

However PLEASE if you are creating anything on public accessible sites MAKE THE STUFF readable -- some colors are almost unreadable on Black backgrounds

    For instance :

Now I have fairly decent eyes and good quality monitors so what this stuff is like on poor quality screens I shudder to guess.

A lot of websites seem to be going for these difficult to read color combos too.

    Cheers

Dark Theme saves my eyeballs so I can read more. But your right if you use DT, then please use the RIGHT COLORS so that the text is presented correctly. In fact its better to avoid any colors, just use WHITE !

Not everyone does Jimbo, I have eye problems and without Dark Themes and a Firefox add on called Dark Reader, I would not be able to use the next. Windows 10 itself is way too Bright.

I am also one of those “Offenders” with eye issues but have to use a light theme because of the type of issues. I do not even see Jimbo’s posts, since they are ramblings that take away from the flow of this site.

This is why there are Dark & Light themes. Both here and in Windows 10.

Also with Android, Apple OS’s and browsers. With Cataracts and Glaucoma, using dark themes make everything blurry even with corrective lenses. Light themes are easier.
