None of the Chromium-based browsers can access 'adorama.com'

As the title says, none of the Chromium-based browsers can access 'adorama.com'. Chrome reports

    This site can’t be reached
The webpage at https://www.adorama.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Microsoft Edge and Opera also report the same error. Firefox on the same machine has no problems accessing the site. Chrome for Linux or Android on the same LAN have no problems accessing the site.

I currently can't test it under Windows 7, so it is not clear yet, whether this is a Chromium problem or Windows problem.

Yes, just about a week ago I had no problems accessing Adorama, which means that this is something recent.

Well, the question I forgot to ask is: how does one debug such issues?

I have tested this on several different unrelated networks, from several completely unrelated Windows 10 machines (many of them are not mine and no setup by me). I've done

    ipconfig /flushdns
    nbtstat -RR
    netsh int ip reset
    netsh winsock reset

followed by a reboot. The result is the same every time and everywhere: ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

Could this be some sort of regional issue?

    Makes no difference.

At this point only adorama.com exhibits this issue. No problems with any other sites.

Works for me as well. If that doesn't work you could try uninstalling said browsers and reinstalling them. If that doesn't work....try resetting you modem/router.

Try changing the region in Opera's VPN maybe something changed in the way of who can access it.

My Opera is a fresh install that I installed just now just to test this issue.

What would be the point, considering that Firefox and other browsers have no problems accessing the site? Anyway, before I realized that the problem is present in the office as well as at the local Starbucks, I have already tried rebooting the router and the modem at home. Made no difference.

Interesting. Firefox at the office has no problems accessing Adorama. But the good-old Internet Explorer can't: reports INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE.

Is "modern" Internet Explorer based on Chromium too?

Simply enabling VPN in Opera is sufficient to access Adorama successfully.

So, apparently this is somehow region-related... My provider at home and at work is Xfinity (Comcast). Adorama is blocking access from Silicon Valley? :) Or is it a Comcast issue?

But what about Firefox? How does Firefox get through? Is it using some sort of VPN by default?

I didn't say reboot modem/router....I said reset it. There is a difference. Resetting modem/router resets it to the default state (original factory settings). To do that you have to use the reset button on back of unit that's hidden in the hole.

OK, found the culprit: ESET NOD32 Antivirus, which happens to be the common feature of the machines I've been using. Pause the protection in NOD32 - and everything starts working.
