Transfer IE passwords from win 7 to win 10

Is there a way to transfer passwords from IE in windows 7 to IE in windows 10? I've tried the registry export trick with no luck and the IE passview is being blocked as a virus.

The only reason I need to do this is because I'm upgrading everyone here at my company to windows 10. One of the managers has made it clear that he needs all of his passwords transferred from windows 7 IE to windows 10 IE. He won't let me upgrade him to windows 10 unless I can accomplish this.

I'm at school, on a chromebook, I think a utility called IEmgt[spelling?] might be able to do as you request. I think you can choose what to save from Windows 7 IE, then "restore" that part containing the passwords into Windows 10 IE. If you PM me to remind me, I can look it up at home. Even though I have used it a few times yearly, I still cannot remember the actual name.

I'm going to use password boss to export the passwords to a PDF. Thanks for the help though :)

I'd check if a .csv file would be a choice, sometimes easier for the Import and hopefully no typing. Could be used on IE11 and Edge, maybe other browsers and in a spreadsheet program.
