    Mail App

I'm a long time user of MS Office....since 2003. That said, I've been using Office Outlook as my email client. As the years passed, I've come to the conclusion that I only use Outlook as my email client and rarely use any of the other software. So I've dumped Office all together.

I've tried a few other email clients over the years and found them very cumbersome and bulky. So now I'm trying the Mail App that came with windows 10....Yep finally after 2 years.

I have it all set up and working. What I would like to do is have all my emails all come into one inbox like in Outlook 2016. Is this possible and if so how do I go about doing it.

Link inboxes in Mail for Windows 10 - Office Support
    may help.

Please bear in mind that the Mail app is not a full-featured email client. It also does not allow you to export email.

I use Thunderbird. MS's vagaries with email clients from Win 2000-Win 8 persuaded me to go 3rd party, so this is just a warning... so long as you are aware of Mail's limitations.

I think their problems started with Outlook in Office 97, didn't take them long to come out with Outlook 98 to fix issues. I didn't use Office back then, preferred WordPerfect since version 5.1 for Windows and still am using it for some things.

Thank you very much......seemed to do the trick.

Yes....completely aware of the differences between full fledged software vs the Apps.

I have been using The Mail App for 6 years on 6 Mail Accounts, it has improved over those years.
Also it has proved reliable over that time.
It does allow for Linked Inboxes and export of an Email as an *.eml file.
    Cog > manage Accounts.

Obviously it is not as full featured as the full Outlook Mail application.

I have installed various Mail Clients, one of which was Thunderbird, but no, unfortunately it's not good and unreliable.

    Helmut,

Did you ever find one that supported VBA? It is my accumulation of VBA tools in MS Office Outlook that keeps me firmly hooked on their products.
