There is no email program associated to perform the requested action

Check the above link, I found two sites saying the same thing.

Uninstall 2007, since you no longer need it. O365 and O2k7 are conflicting and neither do not know which one is handling email.

Hi, perhaps you could post your settings for each of these:

and also a screenshot showing the error message which might indicate tthe context in which it occcurs.

Ok, post #11 looks useful- have you tried that? Seems a product specific issue rather than the O/S.

I tried #11, to no avail. However, I was able to get help directly from Microsoft who suggested I "repair" office 365 which worked like a charm. Problem solved. Thanks very much for everyone's help. Cheers.
