I keep getting mails come through and especially from this forum that are marked as Junk.
Now despite going to the Junk folder and right clicking the mail and marking it as not junk I am still getting mail I have done this with come through as junk with future mails and it is getting very tedious.
Any tips on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
MY version is 1903.
Not a Windows issue, nor Outlook. It is how your email provider scores those email addresses if they see them as spam or not. It is all about the email server used to send those emails. Same the address for this forum and those others that you wish to have go into Inbox, or create a rule in Outlook to sort your emails as they are processed.

While messing you have managed to report one of our emails as junk, this in turn reports it to out mail sender that we have been sending spam and they block all future emails we send to you.
If you wish to receive site emails in future you will to change your email address.
I get this also and I have never marked it as spam, this is on my Gmail account and using Outlook 365.
I have went to both Gmail settings and Outlook settings and checked all are correct but again about 50% is marked as spam and I cannot get it to move all this forum mail to a folder called FORUMS from unlike other sites I use that work, I did however eventually get them to stop being marked as important.

Hmm well John I cannot remember ever marking Tens Forums replies as junk if I have then it would have been completely in error.
The issue carries on even though I have set the Hotmail settings to accept such replies I think it is just in the 10 setup somewhere because I am still getting replies both in the Inbox and Junk settings it seems to have a mind of it's own.
Am still having problems with incoming mail and I am wondering if I used another browser might go some way to fix the problem - am currently using Edge.
I get no repliess back from the forum except in the form of mentions etc under Notifications.
I don't want to change my email address as it means alerting all my contacts re the change and I am very loathe to do that.
Any ideas??
