I have run a couple of cleaners that have never given me any problems in the past.
I'm able to access most websites however some produce results similar to what I've posted where there is no access to a website.
I'm using a Hughes-net account to access the Internet and was told by another person on using the same Usenet account they too have come across similar problems accessing certain website urls.
They thought perhaps it an Internet security issue?
Some website there are absolutely no problems, while other websites produce results as I've displayed in previous message.
The problem websites produce a url similar to
http://messages.hughesnet.com/scccp2.cfm?SN=13161590
I'm uncertain what "http://messages.hughesnet.com" is ... ? When used as a url by itself produces
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
Something on Hughesnet is redirecting some urls to 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
I think the person who has the Hughesnet account was late with one or more payments which did produce errors about billing problems. Something to do with the credit card on file. After giving Hughesnet another credit card the billing error messages disapeared but these other errors as previously shown then started to appear, so apparently something became messed up because of Hughesnet billing.
Here's part of a message found from a forum.
Re: I am getting weird messages at top of my Web browsers.

jrgarret,
Yeah... part of the system to inform subscribers their information is outdated, is messed up... Basically any time that happens, it means that your payment information on file has expired and it needs to be updated. It's probably the expiration date on the card you use to make your payments. You may want to call Hughesnet and update your information, or, go to My Account > Account Information at the top of this page, and then click Update under Payment Type so you can update your card on file.
Once updated, it can take awhile for the system to process the information and it will stop doing that to you.

I see a message at the top of some urls that show "You must log in to this network before you can access the Internet"
So I think it may be something Hughesnet must rectify and I'll need to double check that everything is ok with person Hughesnet account.
I guess the owner of the account owes Hughesnet some money, he eventually will pay them after he gets paid by the people that owe him $$$.
Have you tried a different DNS service like Google's?
