having trouble fully using Express Scripts on Edge Browser

    Howdy,

I have always used the Edge Browser to connect to the 'Express Scripts' web site to check on my prescriptions. However, the last few weeks a problem has surfaced.

I can connect to the website but once there I can't bring up any of my ordering history or anything else for that matter. I can use 'Firefox' and 'Internet Explorer' with no problems.

Any ideas what could be causing Edge to not allow me full use of the Express Scripts web site?

    Thanks and regards,

The Edge app or the new Edge Chromium? If the app, it can be due to Express has downgraded that browser. If it is the newer Chromium version, they may not have their website setup to recognize it. Try a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.

    Hi bro67,

I am using the Edge Browser that Microsoft came out with a few years back to replace Internet Explorer.

I have tried using Internet Explorer and Firefox the last few days to use 'Express Scripts' and both worked flawlessly. It is important to note that up until this current Express problem with Edge I never had any problems in the past either with Edge and Express Scripts.

I have just started having this problem between the two a few weeks ago. I can't think of any other sites I am having problems with as of now. It just seems to be Express Scripts and then only in the last few weeks.

    Thanks and regards,

The Edge app is going away and has never worked right. The only thing that it is good for is logging into Defender ATP Security Center. There is a reason why the Edge App and IE are going away with Chromium and Mozilla based browsers taking their place.

    bro67,

I appreciate your added information. However, after googling Edge Chromium and discovering it is still in an infant stage, I guess I will stick with the Edge app for now.

I can still conduct my needed business with Express Scripts via Firefox until the Chromium version of Edge is released to all Edge users.

    Thanks and regards,
