Browser recommendations

I've been playing w/both Chrome & Firefox. Both seem pretty good, though I haven't delved deep into the settings & not sure which browser is better at privacy.
1 thing that irks me though, is that neither browser lets me organize my Bookmarks as easily as IE did w/my Favorites. In IE, I could travel to: C:\Users\'Me'\Favorites & be able to review, edit, delete or move any/all Favorites I needed to, 1-by-1.

But in Chrome & Firefox, it's not that easy:
Chrome: C:\Users\'Me'\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Bookmarks - just a file I can open w/a word editor to read.
Firefox: C:\Users\'Me'\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\(A random-named folder) - w/files that are not easy to read.

In Firefox, select Bookmarks > Show all bookmarks. You can also use Ctrl+Shift+B from the keyboard. This opens the bookmark Library allowing you to rearrange, rename, edit and delete your bookmarks.

In Chrome it is Bookmarks > Bookmark manager (Ctrl+Shift+O).

I used Firefox for years until it disabled one too many extensions then I moved on to Chrome. That lasted nearly a year before Chrome wanted to protect me from myself one time too many.

Then I discovered Vivaldi. Finally, a browser with endless features to customize my experience and without the need to compromise anything.

Vivaldi has never disabled anything or manipulated my activities in the least. It also accepts all Chrome browser extensions which any Chrome user knows are endless. Browsers are a personal preference, and this is my choice. Happy Browser testing.

Thank you everyone for your input, advice & help. On the topic of Bookmarks, neither Chrome or Firefox do a good & easy job. To copy a Bookmark to a Flash Drive/other place:

Chrome: Bookmarks > Bookmark Manager; R-Click a Bookmark & select Copy. But then I have to create a new shortcut using the URL I just copied. When I click Copy, I should be able to just Paste the URL, not have to actually create the shortcut; & Chrome has to be open to do all this.

Firefox: Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks; R-Click a Bookmark & select Copy, then I can just Paste the URL wherever I need to. This is better & faster then how Chrome handles this task, but Firefox also has to be open to do all this.

At least w/both browsers I can have multiple tabs open & have each one 'snap' side by side.

Found out that neither Chrome nor Firefox are saving my log-in Browser settings.

On my Gmail & Facebook accounts, I have 2-step authentication turned on. When I log into either account, I am asked for a verification code from the Google Authenticator app. Once I type in the code & press Enter (making sure I have "Don't ask again on this computer" checked), I am asked if I want to save the Browser & I choose Yes. But my Browser is never saved & I am asked for a verification code again.

IE11 did the same thing, but only AFTER I cleaned my history. And even then, not all the time because IE let me choose NOT to clean my Gmail & Facebook verification code & Browser setting. So is there a similar exception when cleaning my Chrome & Firefox histories?
