On each of my computers, I relocate my IE Favorites folder, my Desktop folder & my Documents, Music, Pictures, Links [FE quick access], search folders.

I do not relocate any temp folders.

Relocating the ones I do fits in with my backing up routines - system images for the OS drive, conventional file copies for all my own files.
    - I can backup my OS [and all my applications] in a system image and can restore it without bothering my own files at all.

I leave all temp folders-files alone because I am happy to let them exist on my fastest drive [my SSDs]. I do not see any advantage in deliberately moving them to a slower drive [my HDDs].

My SSDs are 128GB & 240GB. I separate out 5-10GB partitions on each of them for Maps and leave the rest for the OS & applications.
    - I think your SSD is so large that you would not, in practice, notice any benefit in relocating any temp folders-files elsewhere.

So, in brief, I relocate those folders that are best served with conventional file backups & leave on the OS drive those things that are best served with system image backups.

My Bookmark.htm file(exported Favourites) is 800 KB after 15 years. Temporary internet files need clearing occasionally anyway. Those are not much either, few hundred MB at the most all 3 Web Browsers together.

So, no, certainly not worth relocating such things on a 1 TB drive.
