Did you enable Chrome to run in Background?

This might be the best of both worlds. Even if you forget, Chrome will not.

Click three dots upper right of Chrome, then Settings, Advance on left, under System.

    Ken
Under System," there is Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed" is already enable.

One thing, I do not know if have any effect is that
I have two accounts. One is Administrator account i.e MS account and second is simple user account. By default I have choosed Win 10 to opens user account. But this cloud print problem is on both account.

Have you posted to Google's forum? Certainly their own experts must know a resolution.

    Good luck.

I am not member of any google forum. Can you suggest any good forum.

One more thing, I have to open Chrome at least once. After that if I close the Chrome, even then I am able to Print. Once I shut down and restart the PC, then Cloud print will not come unless I again open Chrome at least once.

    Thanks.

Okay then it is working in background.

I don't shutdown my machines, just sleep.

If you sleep machine will print work? That is put machine to sleep and try p[printing, does this awaken machine and does it print?

Have you looked into a schedule task to start chrome with user sign in?

Please apologize me. As per information given by me, you concluded that Chrome is working in the background but other side you said to check in Schedule Task.

    Sorry.

You said that once chrome is used, after shutdown, everything is fine. I assume at some point you close Chrome during the day without shutting down machine and it still works. This would indicate it is running in background.

To test, start machine, start chrome, go to a web site, then close Chrome. Does it Print?

Then I asked if you sleep (not shutdown) machine, will printing from phone cause machine to awaken and does it Print?

The comment on the scheduled task. You mention that even if you start machine after shutdown you have to start Chrome to get it to work.

A possible fix around this would be to create a schedule task to start Chrome immediately on sign in. Actually if you leave Chrome running (open) when you shutdown, and you have Windows Fast Startup enabled, Chrome should reappear without the need to start it when the machine is restarted.

Thanks With your help, problem resolved.
The sequence: First I created Schedule task but even after that print did not come. Then By chance I open Task Manager, there at one place in startup, I found Google Chrome disabled. I enabled it and got print. I do not know but previously also I searched Task Manager and at that time, I did not found Chrome there. May Be I overlooked it at that time.

After that I deleted the Scheduled Task earlier created by me and still I am getting print. It seems that enabling Google Chrome in Task Manager Startup ( which I missed earlier) did the workaround.

But all these things could happen because of you.

    Thanks again
