The shortcuts in your Favorites bar are not stored in the registry, they should be in the folder C:\Users\<yourname>\Favorites\Favorites Bar

Sorry, that's still not adding anything. Can you explain what you want to achieve or change by finding such a registry key?

Add a URL to the Favorites bar with a .reg file on an existing computer.

None of the URLs for the Favorites Bar are held in the registry. They are personal to each user and are stored as internet shortcuts in the user's Favorites Bar folder.

If you want to add a url to IE's Favorites Bar on another machine then you'd have to first create that internet shotcut. Then, signed in as the user you want to add it for, copy it to their favorites bar folder.

If you want to automate that you could use a batch file. Put a .bat file and the shortcuts on a usb (or a network folder) then get the user to run the .bat file. The command you need in the .bat file is: copy *.url %homepath%\Favorites\Links or, if you want to create folders for the Favorites Bar with shortcuts in them, the create those folders on the usb and put the appropriate urls in each, then the command you'd need would be xcopy /s *.url %homepath%\Favorites\Links

NB: you'll have to turn off Ransomware Protection or this copying will be blocked by Defender. It's probably easier just to use File Explorer to copy the shortcut(s).
