    Try this....
    . Now go to "Advanced" tab and disable "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" option present in "General" tab.

    That's just for FF. I want to disable the prompt appearing in Windows altogether.

    There's no setting for it and they used F7 of all things which I use often with another app.

    It only seems to affect the new Windows layer, i.e. taskbar, start menu, settings and Store apps.
