Why Netflix keeps on freezing?

Why does it keep freezing? Well, fortunately it hasn't for me. My ISP is only 38Mb/s max - (25Mb/s by wifi).

Possibilities:
- your PC is using resources too heavily- have you checked your task manager?
- conflicting programs/other programs using resources at the same time
- bandwidth limitation - what is your bandwidth?
- local server limits (that's outside your control)
- non-ideal internet parameters
- shared internet connection with other busy users - are you the only user of your connection?
- are you using Wifi or ethernet? Wifi can be subject to various limitations depending on your situation.

A whole lot of information there which you need to consider and haven't provided...

To try:
Run a bandwidth checker (Google to find one) and see what your real internet speed is.
Look at your task manager when a freeze occurs
If you have a second device preferably with a similar screen size, does the same occur with that?

Can anyone suggest a practical solution for this issue?
