Where dose Windows 10 and explorer stored

I am using Windows 10 and Internet Explorer, dose any one know where cookies are stored?

By default, in your user folder's appdata. C:\Users\<yourname>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache

In IE, open Internet options and on the General tab click the Settings button. Then on the Temporary Internet files tab click the View files button.
