    Loss of email connection


    After comp reset, I have lost my M'soft Hotmail address and my PNCL add. In order to re connect with PNCL, do I need to install M'soft Office 2019, so Pinnacle have a home address to connect to please and, how does one get useful support from Microsoft so I can try to get my Hotmail address re installed.Trying to find help on M'soft support pages is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!
    Any help provided will be very gratefully received. I even lost Windows Ten Forum, ugh!!

    By "lost" your hotmail email address, do you mean that you forgot what it is?

    How were you accessing your email accounts before this reset?

    Were you using a browser (Edge, Chrome, FF) or Outllook 2019 (within Office) or were you using Windows 10 mail app.

    No, I might be 87 but I haven't forgotten what Macrium is. I have had a complete system reset and lost all my programmes thanks to someone who was supposed to be an expert computer person. I have been using Macrium for a while, but that was wiped out. I have re installed the programme but alas, cannot find the notes I made regarding creating a Back Up from the start. I know how to do a back up once I get going. Firstly, I need to delete what is on my external and start afresh. Fortunately all my documents were saved so I don't need what is already stored. I just need to start afresh and how to do that is the information I need. I must confess after a few years in our R.N serving in the Korean war along side the USN and then the Suez crisis I haven't done too bad and hope to make it 90. All the help you can spare will be very much appreciated.

    Could you clarify, are we trying to get your email going, reinstall Macrium or clean install Windows?

    This thread duplicates Lost my Macrium - TenForums - the two threads merely discuss different symptoms of the same mishap.

    I think that all guidance should be posted in one thread not in both because that can lead to disjointed & mutually incompatible action being taken. I suggest using only Lost my Macrium - TenForums
