    Preserve or not the two versions of EDGE?


    In an previous thread, I say that I've adopted the new Edge Chromium based inmediatelly. But I'm asking you all: The previous Edge can to live joint with the New?It's a good idea uninstall the previous?
    When I close the new, always are in the Task Manger between 2 to 5 instances that I think belongs to previous Edge.
    Anyway, I want to know if the uninstall process can to create any problems of stability or another kind of troubles.

    While you can uninstall Edge, it is not recommended, may cause troubles. Unpin it from start etc (get it out of your sight), but let it be..

    You can have multiple browsers on your system, and they won't interact,

    I have experienced the above myself when uninstalling IE. Software like Steam still relies on IE in order to handle various desktop functions such as shortcuts.
