    79.0 came through on my Firefox updater this morning...i just got it...always works that way...after you see the public release it goes to the updater 24 hours later...

    Yes. I keep up with Firefox's public release calendar (79.0 is on it for today) and know I can always get the new version a day before. 80.0 is set for release on Aug 25, so I'll expect to get that from their ftp server on the 24th.

    It's been loitering in the beta candidates all day TC but it's still at build 1. If they were having problems with it I'd have expected another build by now, but nothing.
    Curiosity got the better of me so I've installed the beta candidate 1. No problems up to now

My version is Build 10240 pushed to me from MS. I have it on a desktop Pc and a Thinkpad 450. Theres is a lot of errors in the eventviewer on both Pc's and it is the same errors. About 8 perflib errors when starting up and a lot of ESENT errors...
