    Enable 'Flyout' PIP in Firefox 68.0.1 ...

    Shows on mouse hover.
    Fully re-sizable/Double click to toggle full screen!
    (Beats right clicking twice in a watch page!)

    Go to about:config,

    search for and toggle the following 3 Boolean's to True,

    media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.enabled

    media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.video-toggle.enabled

    media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.video-toggle.flyout-enabled

    also, right click an empty space in about:config, hover on New, click on Boolean, enter the Preference Name:

    media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.video-toggle.always-show

    and press Enter, set the Value to True and click OK.

    Restart the Firefox browser (about:restartrequired)

My version is Build 10240 pushed to me from MS. I have it on a desktop Pc and a Thinkpad 450. Theres is a lot of errors in the eventviewer on both Pc's and it is the same errors. About 8 perflib errors when starting up and a lot of ESENT errors...
