    Dunno but, for 6 months now, I've been reading about them supplementing Gecko with their experimental Servo rendering engine, coupled with the Rust programming language, (and I don't even understand the half of it!);
    it appears to not be going well.
    All I know is, whenever I install any version of FF, it behaves badly!

    Hmmm. ok. No problems here, least nothing I see. Maybe you got hold of a rusty Gecko. They should be green with a cockney accent. If not, DL a fresh one.
