    Reset Password


    My utility company have asked me to reset my password because of some restructuring work.

    They`ve told me the format I must use (at least one upper case,one lower case + symbols etc.)

    but they also say there must be one didgit, what do they mean by this?

    Exactly as stated. Any character on the keyboard and must fit what the requirements are as stated.

    I think they probably mean the password must also contain at least one number too

    Examples:

    Simple password, only lower case letters mypassword
    With upper & lower case letters MyPassword
    With upper & lower case letters plus a symbol
    MyPassword$
    With upper & lower case letters, a symbol and a digit
    MyPassword$4

    Yes it was a number,why they couldn`t have said number because they gave all the characters I could use

    then said also a didgit.Im sure I wouldn`t ask anyone what didgits they`ve had on the lottery.Thanks.

    Digits are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. A number consists of one or more digits; 1,346,823 is a number with 7 digits, number 935 has three digits.
