Windows 10 1809 Build 17763.615 all up to date.
As per title, happens 3 to 5 times a day have tried Reset, Repair, Uninstall and Reinstall via Powershell instructions from this forum....but to no avail.(On 3 occasions over last few days).
Have attached two images from Reliability History for info.

You could try running sfc /scannow in an elevated cmd prompt to see if there's any corruption. Have you run Windows Update to see if you can update to 1903?
Ran SFC a few days ago but have run it again now to make sure.
1903 is offered and I did think about installing it, however I wasn't too sure if that would complicate matters?
If you are having problems, i would consider downloading Media Creation Tool and creating an ISO for 1903 and doing a clean install. After backing up your important data of course!
A clean install is possibly a step too far for me.....but I will see how the other steps work first.

I have the same problem. Edge will just hang for about ten seconds and then reloads that page. It happens mostly with one site. It has happened since 1803 and still happens with1903. Same reliability entry. It also happens with another computer also that’s on 1903.
In my case I use the free Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner with regular scans and F-Secure suite as my main ongoing defence.
May well try the Repair install and upgrade in a couple of days when I have the time.
